THE MALDIVES AGGRESSOR
Built in 2008, the Maldives Aggressor holds twenty passengers in ten staterooms. Eight of the staterooms offer one double, one single berth and two offer two single berths. Equipment includes 2 dive compressors with cascade storage, a 55 foot dive tender, Nitrox membrane system, computer station, and more.
There are three distincly different types of diving: inside the atolls, outside the atolls and inside the channels or passes where the currents are strongest and you find the greatest congregation of fish life. The cleaning are found around every corner and under every ledge. Groupers, Snappers, Surgeonfish, Eels, Parrotfish and even giant Napoleon Wrasse park casually in corners while armies of of wrasse, shrimp and other assorted cleaners pick at debris in their open gills and mouths. The big attraction, however, are the schools of fish that patrol the reefs in colorful packs: Humpback adn Black and White Snappers, Trevally Jacks, Barracuda, Batfish, Unicornfish, Yellowback Fusiliers and Harlequin Sweetlips. The reefs larger inhabitants include sharks, rays and occasionally even whale sharks.
