Dive Resorts
Manado
The main dive resort, Murex Manado, in the Village of Kalasey, across the bay from Manado city, has become a diving legend. It’s right on the water’s edge, set in beautiful tropical gardens. Lovely mature trees tower over a tranquil running stream. Air conditioned and fan cooled rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Each has an attached bathroom. Recreation includes swimming, snorkelling and a house reef right at the front (house reef 50 meters from your bedroom).

Bangka Island – Beach Bungalows
Bangka Bungalows are a diver’s vision of a Robinson Crusoe tropical island paradise. Beneath shady trees, natural timber bungalows stand on soft, powdery-white sand. Step off your veranda and in three or four paces you can plunge into the crystal clear, turquoise waters of the lagoon – brilliant snorkelling, by the way.

Lembeh Resort
Located at the muck diving capital of the world In Lembeh Strait, the Murex dive centre shares a picturesque little bay with accommodation partners Lembeh Resort. Owned by the Rorimpandey family, Lembeh Resort is a luxurious, boutique, villa-style hotel right on the water’s edge facing the strait. It’s just stunning – and surprisingly affordable. MORE...

Liveaboards
Unforgettable, amazing and awesome are the common expressions used by people who undertake dive cruises on the liveaboards MV Serenade, and MS Symphony. The reason is simple. The Sangihe group of islands which stretch in a crescent up to the outer edges of Indonesian territorial waters are simply fantastic diving.
Deep trenches on either side of the islands funnel vast amounts of current borne nutrients to shallower depths. This means that practically the whole aquatic food chain is present in these waters. From marine mammals such as dolphins and pilot whales, predator pelagics of all kind, thousands of species of smaller reef dwellers, as well as hard and soft corals in brilliant abundance.
Cruises range from 5 to 13 days, with specialised group itineraries being available.
