Day 2: Guests will have the opportunity to walk where Captain Cook once walked, and touch the sand where the “Endeavour” was beached. You will visit Grassy Hill, from where the famous navigator plotted his escape route, and visit the James Cook Historical Museum. The tour will visit eerie Black Mountain and the Lion’s Den Hotel before the rugged 4WD Bloomfield Track takes you to Cape Tribulation and the Daintree rainforest. You can walk in the World Heritage listed rainforest to see the wondrous plants of this primeval jungle, the oldest rainforest on Earth.
