Day 1. Broken Hill – Flinders Ranges
Leaving Broken Hill you will immediately feel the remoteness of the outback; broad landscapes of beauty provide an unending backdrop as you travel along the Barrier Highway. Heading into South Australia via Yunta, you will leave the grass and saltbush plains for the foothills of the Flinders Ranges.
Day 2. Flinders Ranges, Scenic Flight & 4wd Tour
After breakfast; take in the sights of the Southern Flinders Ranges as you travel to the awe inspiring Wilpena Pound for your thrill of a lifetime scenic flight. Gain an out of this world perspective of Wilpena from the air. After lunch; gain a completely new view of the area, as you head into the stunning landscapes via 4wd. View the abundant wildlife, enjoy a bush picnic lunch and much more.
Day 3. Flinders Ranges – Clare Valley – Adelaide
Leave the rugged beauty of the Flinders Ranges to experience even more of the numerous delights South Australia has to offer: The Clare Valley Wine Region has over 30 recognised wine growers and you are invited to sample some of the local produce. Enjoy a nice lunch at one of the more famous wineries. A leisurely afternoon drive takes you to Adelaide where our tour concludes.
