Paihia Sea Kayaking Half Day
Set off from historic Waitangi Beach and paddle up the sheltered waters of the Waitangi Estuary exploring the mysterious mangrove forest and to Haruru Falls. The adventurous can kayak right up to the water torrent crashing down at the bottom of the falls. In addition to the excellent kayaking, your guide will explain the various flora and fauna you encounter in the eco-system of the estuary.
 
Pahia Sea Kayaking Full Day
Depart from historic Waitangi Beach on this unique and exciting sea kayaking adventure. In one day we visit deserted Motumaire Island where we can swim, snorkel, sample fresh shell fish and relax on the beach. We return from Motumaire Island past the historic Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Paddle up the estuary exploring the mysterious mangrove forest amongst the trees learning about this fascinating eco-system and seeing many different fish and bird life on the way. At the Haruru falls, the adventurous can kayak right up to the water torrent crashing down at the bottom of the falls. Also today, paddle around the inner islands with their lagoons, natural rock caves and quiet sandy beaches.

Be collected from your hotel for an exciting day excursion that takes in all the Far North has to offer.
