The Helihike is a marvellous way to experience walking on Fox Glacier as well as the thrill of a helicopter flight. You visit the ice caves and other wonderful formations below the upper ice fall, allowing you to explore a part of the glacier that is otherwise very difficult to get to. |

Fox Glacier Half Day Glacier Walk
Begin with a short coach ride through rainforest and into steep-sided glacial valley. From here the guide leads you beside the river bed to a track which zig-zags uphill through ferns and regenerating temperate rainforest. Enjoy fantastic views of the glacier and after crossing the ridge you can see the upper icefall. The track then winds down onto the ice. At this point fit the instep crampons to your boots and go onto Fox Glacier. The route takes you amongst crevasses and ice ridges into the middle of the glacier where you are rewarded with spectacular views of the icefall and the lower glacier. |

Fox Glacier Full Day Glacier Walk
This walk is for the adventurous and those who wish to have a full day exploring the fascinating features of the glacier. Outfitted with instep crampons, and using steps cut by the guide, you are able to journey on the ice for 3.5 to 4 hours. Travel takes you to the lower icefall amidst the crevasses and the towering pinnacles. Here the glacier is moving up to two metres a day. |

Fox Glacier Scenic Flight
The "grand-daddy" of all flights ! Explore both glaciers as well as taking in Mount Cooks and Tasman. We top this off by landing you on the snow for photo opportunities. As a bonus, weather permitting we cross the main divide for you to view the Tasman Glacier. |

Murchison Raft/Kayak Full Day Combo
Depart Murchison at 9.30am for a combination of Buller Gorge Rafting and Buller River Kayaking, the Buller combo offers the white water experience in one action packed day trip. One half of the day takes in big water rafting thrills, with the Buller Gorge Rafting providing plenty of foam-filled action and powerful crashing waves guaranteed to heighten the senses and excite the soul. The other half day is time to break out the river toys with Buller River Kayaking action. It's fun to the max as you take on the Bullers rapids in kayaks, raft or white water sledges. A hearty lunch is provided, along with the usual shower, hot tub, BBQ dinner and video viewing after the trip. |
